Teresa Kay Bass
Teresa Kay Bass, age 41, of Faribault died on Monday, October 6, 2008 at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault. Interment will be in the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.
Visitation will be at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 from 3 to 7 p.m. and also on Thursday for one hour prior to services.
Teresa Kay, the daughter of David and Sandra (Jenson) Mador was born on August 29, 1967 in Faribault. She married Kevin Bass and was later divorced.
She is survived by her three children, Jessica Bass, Jacob Bass and Derek Schmidtke all of Faribault; her parents, Sandi Mador of Owatonna and David Mador of St. Peter; one brother Todd Mador of Claremont; a grandmother, Delores Jenson of Faribault; three nieces, Bridget, Samantha and Tyler Mador; one great niece, Kylie Mador; aunts and uncles, Dennis (and Carolyn) Jenson of Sun City, Arizona, Kathy (and Thomas) Glor of Georgetown, Texas, Gary (and Glory) Jenson of Loveland, Colorado, Jeff (and Linda) Jenson of Rosamond, California, Renae (and Larry) Jones of Faribault and Doug Mador of Faribault; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sidney Jenson and Anna Mador and one aunt, Diane Mador.
I just found out the news Today about Teresa, and I want to send my deepest sympathies for your Family. I lived in Owatonna for Years, and had the honor of getting to know Teresa, through Todd and Jodie. We were all Friends, and I am very sad to lose such a caring and wonderful Friend. I live in Northern MN, and unfortunately, I will not be able to make it to the Funeral Tomorrow. I will keep Teresa close in my Heart, and will never forget Her. Renae & Larry, I am so very sorry of your loss.. Teresa was a good person and a great friend.. We spent alot of time chatten at wal-mart & Hy-vee each and every time we seen each other, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. She will be deeply missed.. :( :( :(
