Just wanted to send my sympathy to the Bice family with your mom passing away. I would see Loretta from time to time when I was in town and she would share about your mom. Even though I know you miss her, knowing she is in heaven and in no more pain has to be a comfort. My prayers are with each one of you during this time. May God bless you all.
Walt and Lois-- Sorry to hear about your Mother passing away. You have my sympathies.

Grandma--Thats what you were to me. I already miss you so much. You meant a lot to each and every person you came in contact with. You were a great person and the best grandma. I remember I could stop anytime and there would always be cookies that you just made. I also remember your dumplings they were the best ever. Im so glad that we had you around for as long as we did. I remember coing in the house and you were always sitting at the table or on the outside swing. I really miss that house as so do many others. Thank you for being the person that you were. U will be missed!!!Thanks for teaching us all the things that you did we learned many things from you. You will always have a special place in my heart. I love you grandma Bice....
Mom, I am glad that you are now in heaven. You waited so long to go, but you are there, no more pain, or waiting for some one to come to see you. You are the moast wonderful mother anyone could have and I'm proud to be your daughter. You taught me so many life lessons. I will miss you, but I am happy that you are in a better place now. I will always remember you and LOVE you
Grandma Bice...You were so many things to so many people. You loved and because you loved, you were loved so much in return. You raised your own children, and took care of so many of your grandchildren and then some of your great grandchildren. We are all so very blessed. Our lives our much richer because we shared a link to you. Your house was home to many festivities and was far too small for our big families, but love was there. Your smile was beautiful, and babies made you smile. You loved to hold all the new babies, and we loved watching you. Each one of us that has been touched by you have so many special memories, and times we hold very special and close to our hearts. I know I do. One of mine was last night when I sat with my mom and we took turns holding you hand, and telling you all the wonderful things I learned from you. I will cherish those final hours we spent together, and my mom will too. You were a strong woman. If things did get you down, you didnt show it to the rest of us that much. You kept and family together as much as you could as some lived far away, some had different ideas on how to live, but when it came to our mom, grandma we were all on common ground because of the love we have for you and you had for us. Please continue to watch over your family as this will be a challenging week for us. Saying good bye is not easy, even though we knew you were ready. You fought a good fight and you are my hero. I looked up to you so much and oftened wondered where you found the strength, and thankfully as I laid my head next to yours last night I did get to tell you that. Thank you Grandma Bice for all lifes lessons you gave, thr recipes you shared, for the kisses you would blow for everything you did. You had a very golden heart, that shines on many of us today. I will try not to cry, and to be happy for you. We will meet again, thats the beauty of God's love. Rest In Peace my sweet Grandma. I will love you forever.
