Betty and I met at the state hospital in 1965 where we worked together. I later married her oldest son and she remained the best friend I could have asked for. We have stayed close for these 45 years and there will be a big part of our life missing now. You could always count on Betty standing up for her children, and family meant more to her than anything. We enjoyed sharing our love of Jesus and attended her church together on one of our visits a few years ago. There is no doubt she is resting with Jesus now. It is our prayer at this difficult time that each of the children and grands come to know Jesus so they can be united with her when the time comes. Blessings of love, Audrey and Mark Torrey
