So sorry to hear of your loss. I have a lot of fond memories of your mom as a teacher in the "little room" at Cannon City school. She was a great lady, great teacher and a great influence on those around her. She'll be missed.

Mrs. Rudningen was my first and second grade teacher at Cannon City. She is the reason that I became a teacher. I just finished my 27th year teaching second grade. I loved her dearly and fondly remember so many things we did in her classroom. She made a huge impact in my life and definitely inspired me to teach. I will be forever grateful. With sincere sympathy, Lori Miller Remund

My thoughts and prayers are extended to Lynne, Julie, Bill and your entire family during this difficult time. As I drive to my Mom's it is always a welcome sight to watch the activity in the neighborhood and pass the Rudningen homestead! Due to a family commitment we will not be able to attend the service on Friday but we will plan to stop at Boldt on our way out of town, Mom and I will be including conversations of your family on our drive to Alexandria. With my love and God Bless, Le Ann Masche

Mrs. Rudningen was my teacher when I was a student at Cannon City elementary school. I remember her as a wonderful teacher and a kind person with a ready smile and a great sense of humor. My condolences to her loved ones.

Ramona - Mona - told me stories of her years as a bus travel coordinator - that is not the term but am guessing half the time she was the entertainment for her fellow travelers on the bus! Her stories were such a "hoot" to hear as she told them so deadpan humorous! She made me laugh even as she was suffering. Sometimes my sides would ache after a visit! She clearly loved her family and especially the grandchildren brought her so much joy! Thank you for the memories Ramona, you will be missed. May your "ride on Heaven's bus" be filled with more joy and happy times as you join your husband and other loved ones there!
