RICHARD E. "Rick" BISPING
Richard E. "Rick" Bisping, age 61 of Faribault died on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis.
Memorial services will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, Faribault on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Steven J. Kuehne, officiating. Interment will be held at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault.
A memorial visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault.
Richard E., the son of Roy W. and Irene (Schmidt) Bisping was born on March 8, 1951 in Faribault. He married Karen Leek on September 25, 2004. He was formerly employed by J & E Manufacturing of Lakeville. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was very proud of his association with A. A. and his sobriety for the past 24 years.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; two children, Tara (and Trevor Nelson) Bisping of Waseca and Daniel Bisping of Two Harbors; two grandchildren, Alexander Flynn and Tristan Nelson; his mother, Irene Bisping of Faribault; three siblings, Diane Bisping of Norwood-Young America, Marnie (and Neal) Glessing of Howard Lake and Chris (and Buzz Hummel) Hopkins of Morris; nieces; nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy.

He will be miss greatly by Tara and Trevor. He did a lot for them. Danny and Alex will miss their grandpa too. He was a very special person to all of you. You are in our prayers.
