Visitation: Boldt Funeral Home, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
  At church on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Martin C. Wagner, age 87, of Morristown, died on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home, Faribault.

Funeral services will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, North Morristown, on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. with the Reverend Merle Lebahn officiating. Interment will be at Concordia Cemetery, North Morristown.

Visitation will be at the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. and also at the church on Saturday for one hour prior to the service.

Martin Carl, the son of Henry J. and Amalia (Zitzmann) Wagner, was born on October 10, 1924 in Morristown Township, Rice County. He married Marian Ahlmann on July 1, 1948 at Trinity Lutheran Church, North Morristown. Martin farmed in the Morristown area his entire life and was active in his church and community.

He is survived by his wife, Marian; four children, Cynthia (and Carleton) Braem of Winona, Charles (and Pamela) Wagner of Morristown, Terry (and Susan) Wagner of Morristown and Timothy (and Sheri) Wagner of Faribault; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Lenora Hachfeld of Faribault and Florence Donahoe of Morristown; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one grandson.

Aunt Marian, Cynthia, Chuck, Terry, Tim and families, Jean called last night and let me know that Uncle Martin passed away. I am so sorry for your loss and hope you are at peace with his passing. I have many fond memories of spending time with you and Uncle Martin and will always cherish them. You are all in my thoughts. Love, Faye
