My deepest sympathy to you, Tom, and all of your family during this loss. I enjoyed working with Roxie for many years at Mala Strana HCC. She was a caring and hard working nurse. We learned from each other. She had so much to give and was so proud of her family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Roxie's Family- My deepest sympathy goes out to your family! Roxie will be missed by so many! I met Roxie several years ago. I started to cut her hair. In all of the years as her stylist, I must say, I didn't know much about her. One thing I did know is this. Roxie LOVED her family! Her face lit up anytime I asked her about her grandchildren! They certainly were her pride and joy. When I saw her just a few weeks ago, I finished doing her hair and she got a big smile on her face. She told me she wanted to show me something. Roxie pulled out a recent picture of each of her grandchildren. She was so proud! She told me a little bit about what she loved about each of them. Roxie's "spitfire" personality will be missed by many. I hope you all find comfort in knowing that she will be watching over you.....she is your angel. Hugs to you all!! Her family was her pride and joy! With Sympathy, Erica Meyer

I spent time with my cousin Roxanne during our Bethlehem Academy years. Roxie was a year behind but a wonderful person and relative. Although I've not spoken with her much over the years. The last time I spoke with her was when we finished "Dear Cousins," the Silkey family history. She had no hesitation ordering books and we had a nice catch-up conversation. I don't get back to Minnesota much and when I do there is not much time for re-connecting with all of the family. Am so sorry she has passed before I've gotten to visit with her again. Bless you all.

God bless Roxie and her family in this time of sorrow. I have known Roxie for many years. I played softball with her and had her as a friend for many years. She was a wonderful person as I have known her. Again, my deepest sympathy to Tom and the rest of her family. May she rest in peace. Mary Ann (Ernste) Thomas

I had the privilege to work with Roxie for about 5 years at Mala Strana. She had a tender heart when it came to those residents, and they were fortunate to have had her. She spoke often of her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a good woman who will be missed by many!My thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time!
